I just have to say in all of my 68 years of life I’ve never had a better experience at a grocery slash service station in my life not only did the service attendant sheene help me with putting in my oil and directions he made me feel welcome and more of a friend then. A customer wish more places were like this family mart thank you for such a lovely experience I’ll be letting my family in Texas no how lucky y’all are to have stores like this !

What is the best gas station I’ve ever been to. They cleaned my windows for me, gave me a free coffee and water bottles, and were super friendly.

Such a friendly environment the employees are super kind got free water and coffee and the blonde girl pumping gas outside is super nice and attentive

Great place stopped to get gas very friendly the owner was very nice the bathrooms were super clean definitely a good place to stop very recommended

Family friendly gas stop, with nice attendants! They give free drinking water or a drink inside if you fill up gas.

I am surprised to find this place has low reviews as every time I go there the customer service is top tier. When I'm in town I will always use this gas station simply because they have old school good customer service. The gas attendants are kind and conversational. I've been multiple times and this has always been my experience.

Premium fuel fills so slow. Clean and nice spot. Free water, free window wash and maybe free coffee.

I have never felt more compelled to write a review. Upon arriving here I was greeted by a sweet girl named Maddy, she met me at my door and offered me and my kids free water and gave me a free coffee ticket. She offered to pump my gas for me and carried on small talk. Maddy is the reason I will only get gas at this location moving forward. She has th best customer service skills and genuinely the sweetest girl. You guys have a real winner in her. Keep her around. Thank you Maddy, you made our day and left a lasting impression on my kids and I. Such a blessing in an unkind world.

This place turned my day around today. I was having a really bad morning. Massive headache. I normally go to Freddys for gas but today i was in a rush and Family Mart is the closest thing to the freeway. When i got there the attendant was already walking up to the car which is more rare these days. Nice guy handed me a water without saying anything and saw my daughter in the car so he grabbed another one. Very warm and friendly greeting which i guess im just not used to anymore. He then started pumping my gas and told me I can go in and get a drink. Which my daughter went and did. He cleaned my windshield before I even knew that was a thing, and we talked about how he likes his job because he gets to interact with people and how it's so uncommon these days. that we all stay in our bubble on our phones. It was a great experience, and I drove away in a great mood, completely flipped from the nightmare it had been. I don't know that guys name but I'm glad he was there this morning.

Pedro went above and beyond. I work nights and it's hard to find a gas station that's open this time of night, fortunately family Mart's Shell gas station is open. I pulled up for gas and my tap to pay wouldn't work with my phone. This has never happened before and I was frustrated. Pedro remained calm and collected and ensured we would figure this out. He offered me bottled water while I waited and made me feel appreciated by how he spoke to me. This man earned me as a customer. Give this man a raise. Once I found my card, I was able to get my gas. Pedro came to check on me to make sure I was doing okay. This man is an investment to this business!! Thank you Pedro, God bless brother!
